Free Standard Shipping

Shipping is always free at Joe Cool Cigar. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and U.S. territories.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Joe Cool Cigar ships only within the United States and U.S. territories.

Delayed or Lost Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. A package may be considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days. If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the corrected address. Joe Cool Cigar is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
